Something Feels Off — But Everyone’s Saying It’s Fine.
You’re in pain... or maybe you’re not, but baby’s not growing, baby’s fussy, and deep down you know: something isn’t right.

Many Anthem (and some BCBS PPO & UHC) plans cover in-home lactation visits 100%—no out-of-pocket cost.
Whether you're already postpartum and in the thick of it… or you're pregnant and praying this time will be different… we're here for you.

Which One Sounds Like You?

#1 Breastfeeding isn’t supposed to feel like this.
The toe-curling pain. The bad latch. The second-guessing. The advice that makes things worse.
I’ve been there—and so have thousands of moms I’ve helped over the years.

If you’re struggling, you’re not the problem.
You just need the right kind of help. The kind that comes to your house and walks you through it all—no shame, no stress.

#2 It didn’t go well last time. Or maybe this is your first and you’ve already heard the horror stories.

Either way—you’re not too late, and you’re not overthinking this.
You’re being smart. You’re being a mom.

When we meet before your baby even arrives, I’ll help you make a real plan.

We’ll talk through what to expect at the hospital, fit your flanges, go over every question you’ve been secretly Googling at 2AM…

And I’ll give you full access to my online classes so you walk into delivery actually ready.

This time gets to be different.
Let’s make sure of it.

Watch Below For The Next Steps

I remember sitting in my hospital bed, holding my crying baby, thinking:
“Why isn’t this working?”

I was a nurse. I should have known what to do. But she couldn’t latch. I was in pain. My milk wasn’t coming in. I felt like I was failing — and no one was helping.

I got bad advice. My nipples bled. My baby struggled to latch.
And I felt like a failure—twice.

It wasn’t until my third baby that I finally had the support I needed… and it changed everything.
That experience is what turned me into the kind of lactation consultant I wish I’d had all along.

Now, I help other moms avoid the chaos, confusion, and self-doubt that nearly broke me.

Yes, I’ve spent over 20 years supporting families in the hospital and at home.
But my greatest strength isn’t just my clinical background—it’s that I’ve lived this.
I’ve cried those tears. I’ve doubted myself. I’ve felt the heartbreak of wanting something so badly and not knowing how to make it work.

And now, I show up like the sister you didn’t know you needed.
With real answers.
Emotional support.
And a plan that actually works.

If Google hasn’t helped…
If your pediatrician isn’t listening…
If you’re tired, overwhelmed, and just want someone who gets it—

I will. I promise.

You Deserve Real Help — and It's Likely Your Insurance Already Agreed to Pay for It

What We Help With:

  • Latch Problems: Whether baby won’t latch at all or it just doesn’t feel right, we’ll help you get a deep, comfortable latch that actually works.
  • Nipple Pain or Trauma: If every feeding feels like a toe-curling ordeal, you’re not alone — and it doesn’t have to stay that way.
  • Low Milk Supply: We’ll help you figure out if it’s truly low supply or just a misunderstanding — and create a plan to boost your milk if needed.
  • Baby Not Gaining Weight: If your pediatrician is concerned about weight or suggests formula without fully checking feeding mechanics, we’ll look deeper. Weight gain issues often have a fixable root cause — and we’ll help you find it.
  • Pumping and Flange Fitting: Need to pump? We’ll make sure your pump is working for you — not against you — and help you find the right flange size for comfort and output.
  • Sleepy or Fussy Babies: Newborns can be tricky — we’ll guide you through waking a sleepy feeder or calming a baby who seems too frustrated to nurse.
  • Supplementing Safely if Needed: If you’re using formula, donor milk, or pumped milk, we’ll help you protect your milk supply and keep breastfeeding on track.
  • Assessing for Oral Ties: Even if your pediatrician, an IBCLC or another provider has said there isn't one or it's "just a little one - no big deal" We can help get your baby feeding - it's our specialty.

Hi! I'm Nichole.

RN, IBCLC & mom of 3.

I wasn’t always the expert. In fact, I couldn’t figure out breastfeeding with my first two babies — the sweet ones you see in the photo here.

I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. I was in pain, overwhelmed, and filled with guilt. So when I was pregnant with my third baby — my son — I made a bold decision.

I became a lactation consultant just so I could breastfeed him. And this time… I did. ❤️

That journey changed everything.

Now, I’m a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and I’ve helped thousands of mamas in Fort Worth and all over the country have the kind of breastfeeding experience I wished for the first time around.
